Living Well Revamp

I have been back and forth with different things that I thought would be beneficial to my families health but it is always short term As I transition on a new adventure (moving) I want to start making better choices to meet my goals financially and health wise.

Here are my thoughts.
Budget - i had one i stopped and I need to do it again.

Meal Planning (it always sounds weird to me to say I want to meal plan because it seems like something I never saw my mother do but I think if I had a plan for what we were going to eat then I would have a good basis to make a detailed grocery list and shop exactly for needed items.

Grocery shopping. (I have not been doing it. Sucks so bad that I just pick up items here and there instead of having a true idea of what we need so that we are not just spending money on food all the time.

Meal prep.(when I get the groceries home depending on what it is I need to cut the onion put it in the freezer, clean and separate the chicken for future meals instead of just cleaning it and putting it in a freezer bag but not having a portion in mind. Crock pot or whatever meals for two days in advance so I don't have to worry about who will cook what when.

Other options co-op to not only encourage healthy eating in my community but have my fruit and produce mailed to me. I signed up for www.washingtonsgreengrocer.com (put me as your referral if you sign up. Visit some local farms for my fruits and veggies as a field trip for the family and also

Shoot I am exhausted just writing this but I know the benefits will be awesome. If you want to do this together Amen if you want to just support me from afar and check in to see my progress I appreciate that as well.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Thanks for reading if nothing else.
Peace and Blessings
